Citrine is the variety of quartz. It is a natural semiprecious gemstone, which comes in a wide color range from pale yellow to deep orange. It is the birthstone of the November month. It is a substitute for yellow sapphire. It comes from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, France, Madagascar, Myanmar (Burma), Namibia, Russia, Scotland, Spain, Uruguay and Zambia.
